UNE East and West Residences

Biddeford Pool, ME

East and West Halls, are part of the Third Year Residential Experience and the complex can house up to a total of 300 students. Building features include:

  • Full-sized beds; uses standard full/double sheets
  • Suite kitchenette with refrigerator, cabinets, microwave, and sink
  • Phone, data, and CATV jack in each bedroom and living room
  • Commons with media center, audio, soft furniture, and fireplace
  • Mail facility for the complex
  • A call box at the entrance of each hall
  • Resident assistant on most floors
  • Bike storage for all residents

Sean was Job Captain in charge of all contract documents and owner/ contract relationship. Conducted weekly job meetings with the owner (UNE Facilities Department), contractor and trades.
