The 160 unit facility, located in Stamford, CT, was designed to accommodate the young professionals in mind. The first floor units located along the street façade mimics that of a walk-up townhouse resembling that of the Massachusetts Back Bay area. The 4 storey building takes on a ‘donut’ shape over two levels of underground parking with an open raised pedestal terrace within the center of the building. Common spaces include a community room, manager’s office, lounges located throughout the facility, business center, country kitchen, a theatre and resident storage rooms. Located within the parking garage there is a maintenance office with storage space to accommodate equipment parts for on-site repairs.
