A design for 18 multifamily units strategically located in Allston, MA to accommodate the tremendously growing need for college and university professor housing. The first floor will provide for an open parking garage and a property manager’s studio apartment. The second, third and fourth floors consist of 15 single loaded corridor apartments and the fifth floor provides for 2 large condominium units for the Owner’s family use. The exterior is that of a brick veneer on the first floor and “stucco” veneer with vinyl siding for the upper floors, all over a steel frame.
