Located within the Beverly Hospital campus and adjacent to the Ledgewood Nursing Home the Herrick House, an assisted living facility, houses 90 assisted living units and associated common areas. Common Areas include, a solarium, formal dining rooms, private dining room, commercial kitchen, card room, arts & crafts room, 3-seasons porch, pub, hair salon, convenience store and a community gardens.
Coordination of Contract Documents and observations throughout the construction of the Herrick House were Tom’s main focus and responsibilities.
